It’s National Have a Coke Day! Did you know?

The Coca-Cola Company might be known for this one, very popular, Coke beverage, but it has nearly 2,900 different types of products. The popular Coca-Cola beverage was created in 1886, though the Coca-Cola Company didn’t launch until 1982.

The flavor that we know and love today hasn’t always been available. Back in 1985, the company launched “New Coke” and changed up the flavor completely, creating a brand-new formula. Eventually, (just a few months later) the company brought back the original flavor, which we now refer to as Coca-Cola Classic. And that is why the label has since read as either “Coca-Cola Classic” or “Original Taste”.
